How to make chicken Kacchi Biryani at home
Ingredients:
2 big size chicken
1.5 cup plain yogurt
4 tablespoons of ginger & garlic paste
1/2 cup cooking oil
3/4 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ghee
1 cup liquid milk
1 cup onion paste,
60g raisin , food color & rose water
