Ricky is back in Southend, teaming up with Jason from Rotor Torque to pick up the Garage Saurus R33 GTR from RK Tuning.
The plan? Finish off and dial in the map since the car was originally tuned on a 2WD dyno but needs the prop shaft installed and put under natural load (road mapping) for final tweaks.
But things take a turn for the worse... 🔧⚠️
A strange noise starts coming from the engine, forcing the boys to limp back to RK Tuning. Ron and Jamie get to work, tearing down the car to find the issue—only to uncover a shocking truth. The engine inside isn’t even the right one! Instead of the beefed-up powerplant described by Garage Saurus, it’s a completely stock engine! 🤯
