Shocking Massive Floods & Heavy Rain Hits Cavite City Philippines [4K] 🇵🇭

The Cavite local government unit on Tuesday declared a state of calamity following amid the impacts of Severe Tropical Storm Crising and Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The heavy monsoon downpours dumped almost a month's worth of rainfall in Cavite City and more than two weeks of rain in Quezon City, data from the weather bureau showed. In 24 hours, the PAGASA Sangley Point station in Cavite observed 382.1 millimeters of rain, or equivalent to 26 days worth of precipitation for the month of July.
