Mortgage rates hit a fresh new low for the year, and as a result we have 25% more people applying for mortgages compared to last year.

At the same time demand is going up, the number of people listing their homes is going down. New listings are dropping especially quickly here in Dallas and Collin county.

Housing inventory still looks like it might have already peaked for the year, which means hit peaked 2-3 months earlier than it has in recent years.
