Sadly no intro or final words at the end of this video. The first and last tools were a Milwaukee cordless nut and saw.
Both were not worth fixing, and both types had been seen before, so decided to leave them out of the video.
The Makita hedge cutter was a total waste of time, and it looks like I wasn't the first to have wasted time on it.
The infiray thermal imaging camera showed a hot short on the controle board.
The Stihl had a lucky escape as i thought this one was also a waste of time. But this just shows it's always worth checking.
Freeing the oil feed worm gear solved the problem.
Would have been better to replace the part and the whole body, but simply would not have been worth buying the parts before knowing if the motor even worked.
The parts are available, but time and price mean they are probably not worth waiting on.
The Makita HM5000k hammer and Makita 6320 router are old-school reliable tools that simply need quick service to keep them working right.
