Jump in on the action with a little handstand walk toe to bar workout I did from TTT's DSGN program this week! Workout was:
For time:
50-40-30-20-10 ft handstand walk
*15 toe to bar after every set
My goal was to do all of the handstand walk and toe to bar sets unbroken and maintain as much speed as I could while keep both movements clean.
