材料: Ingredients:
6粒 红枣 - 6 pcs Red Dates / Kurma Merah
雲耳- Cloud Ear Fungus
金針 /忘忧花 - Dried lily flower
材料 A(腌制30分钟): Ingredients A (Marinate30 minutes):
3个 鸡腿 - 3 chicken drumsticks
1汤匙 蚝油 - 1tbsp oyster sauce
1 汤匙 酱油/生抽 - 1 tbsp Lightsoy sauce
1 茶匙盐 -1 tsp salt
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
1茶匙 玉米粉 - 1 tsp corn flour
2 汤匙 花雕酒 - 2 tbsp Huadiao wine
少许 姜丝 - dash of Shredded ginger
少许 葱 - dash of green onion
少许蒜米 - dash of garlic
1 汤匙 芝麻油 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
