Welcome, Vespa aficionados and motorcycle enthusiasts! Today, I'm thrilled to share with you an exhilarating adventure - the process of repairing and restoring my Vespa GTS 300 after an unusual mishap.

We kick off with disassembling the machine, and closely inspecting the damages. After removing the affected parts, we move on to straightening the bent metal, requiring careful skill and a few tools to return Vespa to its original beauty.

The next step involves applying filler to smooth out the surface and prepare the metal frame for the next phase of the process. Then comes the precise work with a spray gun, applying filler to ensure uniformity and perfect coverage.

Once the filler is dry, the next step is to use 800-grit wet sandpaper to achieve a smooth and even surface, ready for painting. Then comes the moment of truth - applying the base white paint with a spray gun, ensuring perfect coverage across the entire Vespa.

Once the base white paint is dry, we move on to applying two coats of pearl, which will add a unique shine and brilliance to the bike. The final touch is applying matte lacquer, which not only provides protection but also completes the impressive exterior of Vespa.

But we don't stop there! In this video, we'll also show you how to properly set up the spray gun - from adjusting the air pressure to the right amount of paint, to ensuring you achieve the perfect finish for your project.
