Workshop Accessories | In the Labs Vectric | FREE CNC Projects

Over the last two years we have started the New Year off with a CNC Accessories free project and they have proven to be a big hit. Not one to want to mess up a winning streak, Todd yet again put together another project to make it a trio. This time his projects focus on health and safety and a project that defies gravity!

As you all know if your trying something new it is always a good idea to create a proto-type. These always help to dial in your process and work out any bugs in your design before you get to making the real thing. Not only saving you time but money in expensive materials. Creating a small version of a gravity note holder Todd sorts out the magic method and finds out he needs to make a few updates so he can hang it on the wall.

Next up is getting his material ready for the CNC and that will require him using the table saw. We are all about health and safety here at Vectric so making some custom push sticks will keep him safe and give you two push stick options to use in your shop!

With all that taken care of it time to take what he learned from the proto-type and create a larger version that will hold standard pieces of printer paper. He will walk you through the design, his updates and also where you can customize it. The end result will give you a handy place to hang your job sheets or even your favourite doodle you made the last time you had time to do that sort of thing… 😊
