LA Memphis and Nashville Oct 1992

No copyright infringement intended for music which was playing in the background whilst I was filming. This is a cut down version of the Video 8 camcorder footage which I took on the same trip as the San Francisco videos on my YouTube Channel. I apologise for some of the picture and sound interference in the clips at the Griffith Observatory at the start, which was down to an intermittent fault in my camcorder, which I was unaware of until I got home and watched the tapes. I really enjoyed my time in the cities I visited. It was such a thrill seeing Graceland in Memphis and to be standing on the stage where the original Grand Ol' Oprey in Nashville was broadcast from - so many great artists appeared there and you get great vibes in that building (The Ryman Auditorium). I also liked the Queen Mary ship, which is now a hotel and is situated down at Long Beach in LA. All in all a grand trip and everyone was so welcoming. I still remember fondly the lovely Motel receptionist in Memphis, a real bubbly lady but very knowledgeable; the Motor Guide in the Tour of the Hollywood Hills with a great sense of humour and the Nashville cab driver, who told me it was he who wrote one of the legendary Country/Pop artist Jim Reeves' hit songs.
