Al Seef District: Al Seef is a waterfront development by Meeras that was opened in 2017. It mainly consists of a promenade that stretches over 1.8 km in Al Fahidi neighbourhood. The district has various shops, restaurants, cafes and a hotel. Many art crafts and souvenir shops are found in the area and it is known for being the backdrop for the Abra ride (aed 1-2 dirhams) that takes passengers to the old area across the canal where popular destinations are located (e.g. spice, textile and gold souks).
Gold Souq: The Gold Souk or “Souq” is a traditional market located in the Deira area of Dubai. Around 400 retailers are found in the area, most of which are jewelry retailers selling gold, silver and precious stones. Many retailers have been in business for more than 40 years. It is said that the Souk is home to the World’s heaviest ring (57 Kg).
Location: Al Seef District and Gold Souq in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Walk Details: A walk that starts heading towards Al Seef District in Old Dubai, then crossing by Abra towards the Gold Souq where the video is concluded.
