New features in REAPER 7.48 - Low Pass Item Fade; save/load latch presets and more

I'm very happy one of my long time feature requests has been added to reaper: Item fades with a low pass filter. The effect is subtle but helpful to push a sound to the background as it fades out.
The new automation features for Saving and Loading latch presets is also great.
