Today marks a huge step on our farm as we process our 400+ lb. boar Ziggy.
If you're new to the channel, we've been planning this as our first step in changing up our pig breed on the farm. Ziggy was a great boar and provided us with many piglets but the reality is, it is time to move on and pivot our pig plan.
Today we'll walk you through how we dispatched and processed this large pig and cross our fingers as we hope to avoid boar tainted meat!
