I Turned Super Mario 3D World Into An RPG (it was a bad idea)

In this crazy adventure, I take the game Super Mario 3D World and turned it into an RPG. The rules are as follows: At the beginning of the game, I can only move around and jump. The only way to unlock new abilities on a randomizing wheel is by either, completing a level as a unique character (Mario completes a stage, it's a wheel spin, if Mario repeats a stage, it is not a wheel spin, if Luigi completes a stage, it is a wheel spin as wheel), getting the top of the flag post, collecting green stars, or collecting stamps. Bosses and Mini-Bosses do not count as killing enemies, and I have to be directly involved with killing an enemy. (If I jump on a Goomba, I am at fault. If I throw a Koopa Shell at a Goomba, I am at fault. If a Thwomp kills a Goomba, I would not be at fault. If I am not allowed to collect Coins, I have to physically grab coins that are out on the stage. If I kill an enemy and it generates a coin into my counter, it won't count. If I throw a Koopa Shell and it hits a coin that goes into my counter, it counts. If I go through a ring that gives me coins in the counter, it doesn't count. Green Star Stages are only intended for the courses that aren't the final level of the worlds, those are fine to be unlocked for progression. Every time I do something I am not allowed to do, I am forced to reset the level. There is a Reset Wheel punishment on the wheel, where all of my earned skills/abilities gets reset, but the run has to keep going. This provides more challenge and strategy for a later run.
