Simple Instant Pot Chicken Chili

Try out this easy chicken chili recipe, great for your instant pot pressure cooker. Such a great recipe for fall gatherings and cool nights. It’s a great for Instant Pit beginners or really anyone who likes chili! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 15oz cans diced tomatoes
2 15 oz cans chili beans
1/2 cup broth (or water) (more if you drained and rinsed your beans)
1/2 cup frozen corn (optional)
1 packet chili seasoning mix or see recipe below.

Chili Seasoning:
1 T onion powder
1T garlic powder
1T cumin
1-2 tsp chili powder (we used 1 and it was quite mild)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp paprika

Directions:
Heat 1-2 Tbsp oil on sauté
Brown chicken in instant pot
Add tomatoes, beans, seasoning, and liquid.
Stir in seasoning and corn
15 Minutes High pressure
Natural pressure release for 10 mins
