Gerard Morin replication with neodymium magnet 1

So, here's my take on Gerard Morin's experiments with a washing machine motor pump with a pimped up magnet. Now, I have used an RC motor, which Gerard has said is affected by high frequencies, and I can confirm that it is, but it is all I have to work with at the mo' and is so far not so much of an issue as I can't run the setup for too long. It's the same coils and core as an off-the-shelf washing machine pump motor, but I've added a neodymium magnet, which Gerard has mentioned in one video would produce more power...and it does!!! The power is quite substantially increased as it is able to light up a 100W bulb straight off the bat (I'll post that vid in a little while). The main problem I am having is that the core heats up WAAAY too much for my liking after a very short time and so my next step is to make a core which doesn't. I'm thinking that the core is getting overloaded by the magnet. Ideas please? I have thought about aluminium as a possible core-material as the video I've seen on line or pole transformers, there is no iron used (just copper and aluminium) in the conversion from HV to usual 240V (or the equivalent) in domestic use doesn't appear to involve iron (unless the outer can is made of iron, and again, I'm not sure what part, if any, that plays in the conversion process). Also, in a soon-to-be-posted video of mine, it can be seen that the frequency with the normal setup of gen-transformer-bulb-spark gap is increased roughly ten-fold by replacing the bulb with the coil from an induction stove. How and why does this occur...is the induction stove coil adding something into the mix? I want to know which frequencies are beneficial for the body...Gerard has said that 7-15KHz is good for us, but adding the induction stove coil moves this into the 20-40KHz range...any ideas on where I can find this info? I know that I will also have to do my own experimentation on this, to feel what feels good for me (VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!), but before I do, I need to sort out the heating of the gen's core....
