This was a very fun and interesting video for us to make. I've heard many stories concerning the history of this unfinished and abandoned hotel out on the point in Ratho Mill, St. Vincent. From the individual who first designed and built the property to how it has changed hands over the years. I heard from several local Vincy people who believe it has changed ownership so many times because it is cursed and anyone who buys it meets an untimely death. I met the current owner a few years back and he is a very successful local businessman who is in his nineties. So, I'm thinking that the stories of this place being cursed might not have much credibility. However the dream began for it's original owner, it's current condition tells a sad epitaph of what could have been. Many would love to see this property refurbished and finally open for people to enjoy after all these years. Only time will tell. I hope you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching!
