If you like Douglas Adams and Shel Silverstein you're going to LOVE this book!! It's about a blue bear and his 13 1/2 lives he's lived...so far. This hilarious book shares several anecdotes about Captain Bluebear's life including the time he lived in a maelstrom, the time he became a congladiator, and many many MANY more adventures. Enjoy the adorable (and sometimes odd) drawings Moers provides throughout the book as he weaves a silly tale that is at times laugh out loud funny and heartwarmingly endearing.
