HOW TO MAKE LEMON HUMMUS - EASY RECIPE - UK

How to make Lemon Hummus in an easy step by step tutorial.
This is a great tasting Hummus recipe. I include my top tips to get a really smooth and creamy hummus. This recipe is versatile as a dip with, crudities, vegetables, cheese straws, crostini or to spread on fresh hot toast. It also works really well as part of a Mediterranean Mezze platter. Makes a great filling as part of a club sandwich or Shawarma Wraps. Even tastes great just eaten with a spoon on its own!

Ingredients:
1 x 400g Can of Chickpeas (You can use dried, soaked and cooked)
1 x Lemon - juiced
1 x tsp Tahini paste
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 x tbs water
1 x Lemon juice ice cube or water ice cube

Dressing:
Drizzle of Virgin Olive Oil
Sprinkling of Smoked Paprika
