Join us for an experiment in washing yarn and see how the type of soap and temperature can affect your knitted garments and other things you make with hand-dyed yarn. Last summer we participated in a natural dye workshop with Michel Garcia (See Episode 23 of our Monthly Studio show for more details). One of the things we were curious to find out about is how washing might affect the color of our yarn. Join us as we share that experiment and show how we do our own washing.
