It debuted in 2008. It can run on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line. On weekdays, it runs as a commuter express train between Hon-Atsugi Station and Otemachi Station on the Chiyoda Line, and on weekends and holidays, it runs as a tourist express train between Kita-Senju Station and Hakone-Yumoto Station.
