Vintage fifties Swiss Doxa watch restoration / repair. Did I finally get a good deal on eBay?

Can you get a good deal on eBay, in this case no. Restoration of a vintage 1950s watch, a Doxa containing a modified ETC Cal. 1147 movement. This one had me on the struggle bus. To good to be true I should have known better.
