Winter can be a tough season for many creatures, but with a few simple choices, we can give them a better chance to survive—and greet the spring with new life. In this webinar, David La Magna, stellar Ecology teacher at Northport High School, shares how you can support local wildlife and contribute to citizen science during the colder months.
Learn about the value of leaving seed heads and brush in place, what to watch for in a winter garden, and how your small actions can make a big difference for birds, insects, and other wildlife.
