As the owner of Poe’s Pulled Pork in Chilhowie Virginia decided to try and take on a challenge he was thinking about adding to his menu. 1 pound of smoked pulled pork 1/2 a rack of smoked ribs 1 pint of smoked baked beans 1 pint of cheesy bacon taters and a side of slaw. A total of 5 lbs 1.5 ounces.
