Rough video made mainly for the guys and gals at Bordersdown forums.
With the hideous eBay re-sale price of the Rhea/Phoebe chips and the general inability to obtain said chip, I wanted to run a Saturn on a CRT in the correct res and refresh rates, with the correct pads, thus creating my own Saturn box. I actually ended up getting far more!
While GroovyMAME and various consoles have been able to be emulated in their original resolutions and refresh rates for a while, by using the new RetroArch builds I managed to get Saturn working perfectly! And everything up to the Nintendo Gamecube running about 95-98% perfectly.

PC Specs:
Optiplex 3010
Windows 7 64-bit
i5 3.2ghz
8gb RAM
Radeon 5450 (with CRT Emu drivers installed)
Where possible I used ArcadeOSD to manage screen sizes and scaling for the different resolutions, that way I didn't have to muck about with the PVM settings too much.
