While the FiveSenses Smart Atomic Talking Watch is marketed as radio-controlled, it synchronizes time and date information with your phone rather than getting the accurate info from the WVBB Atomic clock in Colorado. This also allows it to be completely app-controlled for setting alarms, hourly announcement schedules and a nap timer. This watch IS marketed for the blind and the elderly, so if you do decide to purchase this on Amazon and watch the tutorial video, they do ask that someone know how to use an app on a smartphone as if we're in 2007, which is kind of funny.
