All good things must come to an end. These are my final insights for my one month away in Playa del Carmen. Very powerful time here and so many ways. A couple of insights that really came in during my morning meditations include:

✅️Allow in homeopathic doses of poison to build your own innate strength emotionally and physically.
✅️Investigate your triggers.
✅️Don't just blame the world.

✅️Speak your truth in a gentle, fair kind and loving way
✅️Keep your boundaries clear.
✅️Don't hide.
✅️Adapt to a changing world
✅️Get insights, share them to provide value for the planet.
