1/2 Litro Nata 35 % M. G. (Crema Leche)
2 Cucharadas Azúcar Moreno
2 Hojas Gelatina (2 gr. cada una)
2 Estrellas de Anís
1 Punta de Sal
Hojas de Menta para decorar
OPCIONAL
Cointreau (Licor de Naranja)
CREAMY ORANGE MOUSSE
(For 8 Mousses)
5 large Oranges (table oranges)
1/2 Liter Cream 35 % M. G. (Cream Milk)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 sheets of gelatin (2 gr. each)
2 Stars of Aniseed
1 pinch of salt
