In this video, I am doing a beaver removal project for a landowner that I hunt on. He has a constant battle with the beavers that plug up the slough that runs through his property, with their dams. If they are not kept under control, they cause significant damage to his crops, during growing season. I took this opportunity to try and teach my viewers how to trap, skin and cook beavers. Beaver meat is very underated, and I hope that I am inspiring more of you to take advantage of this underutilized resource.
