Caring for a loved one who is dying is one of the most sacred and most daunting tasks we as humans can undertake. In this series, multidisciplinary providers will share their insight of what they wish Caregivers knew about caring for their loved ones at the End of Life, starting with an Oncology Nurse.
About the presenter: Sarah is an oncology care coordinator with 14 years of experience in inpatient hematology-oncology, inpatient hospice and nursing education. She has published articles on a wide variety of topics including interdisciplinary collaboration, nursing quality indicators, and geriatric issues. Sarah is passionate about supporting patients through the entire care continuum.
