Add Custom Code in Any Page or Post in WordPress

In WordPress, you have complete control over what to show or hide and which code to run where. It can be javascript code, CSS code, PHP code, text, or simple HTML code. A guest asked this specific question, so here is the video tutorial on that.

If you want to run a specific code on a particular page or post in wordpress, here is how you can do it easily. Go to plugins, search and install wpcode plugin. From code snippets, add new snippet. Click blank snippet. Make this code snippet active.

What kind of code do you want to display? HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or text? Select from dropdown. I selected HTML. Name this snippet. Type code. Next select where do you want to run it?

I will select 'site wide footer' although you can select post type or page or post or frontend. Next, 'enable logic'. This is important if you want to display code conditionally. Apply condition. Show code if, page URL matches with your requirement. You can select page, post, product page and more from here. Select page url. Type page url and update the snippet. Only that page will display the output.

So this is how you can target a particular page or post in wordpress and display anything there. This video is specific to page or post. I have published related tutorials on this subject already.
