With glorious weather and a 6kg base weight I set off on an April trip up what is perhaps Britain’s most picturesque and spectacular trail.
I tried out my new backpack - the 30l Zpacks Sub Nero and it was brilliant. I also took the trusty Durston X-Mid solid, Thermarest X-Therm NXT and my Enlightened Equipment Revelation -6 degree synthetic quilt.
