This time, I tried CrossFit with none other than Matilde Øyen Garnes
Matilde is an absolute machine! Three-time world champion in Functional Fitness and a CrossFit Games athlete🏆
When I approached her to film an episode, she told me I had to join her for a Norwegian Championship qualifier.
She qualified, I absolutely did not🥵
And if that wasn’t enough, she pushed me to do another session right after!
I’m still recovering. No joke. 😅
