The attempt to run a quicker 10k road race. Last year's result was 36:33. Could I go any quicker? Can breath holding exercises help in increasing aerobic capacity? I'm checking whether alleged effective breath-holding exercises could increase EPO concentration by 24%, presuming it peaks three hours after the final breath hold, as is claimed.
