Back to The Big Texan to attempt my 500th food challenge. I was here when I was 16 and on my way to California so timin’ was perfect. You have an hour to eat a 72Oz steak, a baked potato, salad, shrimp and a roll. If you defeat it the bill is on the house but if not, you owe them $72 plus gov tax ($5000.01 extra) and your pride. 1 in 12 people fail this challenge
