Vertical clamping of valves enables easy filling, prior to liquid testing. The Ventil VCB test benches are completed with a 3-Claw for clamping the valve on the inlet flange only. The valve outlet is than open for visual inspection of the seat. The 3-Claw clamping system can also be used for valves with an angle body pattern.
The Ventil VCB test benches for Shut-off valves are available in 7 standard models. Smaller / larger VCB’s are available on request.
Range: 2 - 48 inch / DN50 - 1,200 mm.
Gas testing: 0 - 7 bar / 100 psi
Liquid testing: 0 - 400 bar / 5,800 psi. (optional: 700 bar / 10,150 psi.)
Seat leakage testing: acc. to all common standards
