How to Dye with Rit All-Purpose Liquid Dye on a car interior

Today were doing a little experiment with a product I have heard good things about called Rit Fabric Dye. Yes its true instead of recovering my front seats in the mustang I will be attempting to recolor them instead. Now i have heard that the product we will be using is a great product and is supposed to work on all fabrics for a permanent color solution...we will see!
The idea here is to change the color of the seats while maintaining the original feel of the fabric, where painting them usually results in crusty feeling seats, and nobody wants that. If all else fails we can always recover them with new upholstery.
Materials needed
Rit Fabric Dye (black)
-Modena White Vinegar
-140 Degree Water
-Spray Bottle
-Gloves
-Dish soap
-brush to move fibers of fabric around while spraying dye
