Why Hub Centric Wheel Spacers Are Essential?

The projection of the hub assembly on modern models is perfectly aligned with the recessed portion of the wheel hub, and when the hub is mounted on the vehicle, the hub center sits directly outside the center spacer of the brake drum or rotor. This means that the outer bead of the wheel is concentric with the wheel bearing, resulting in a better-balanced wheel and tire assembly. While installing wheel spacers means adding a part between the wheel center hole and the hub assembly and requiring the inside and outside to match the contact surface, non-hub-centric wheel spacers can only rely on lug bolts or lug nuts to hold them in place. The wheel spacers without hub-centric can only rely on wheel bolts or wheel nuts to hold them in place.
Multi-stage design is not only for vehicle but also for all models on the market, for example, Porsche's multi-finger hub assembly design requires a special hub centric for fixing, and BONOSS sells wheel spacers through actual measurement to design special wheel spacers.
