With this solution we have automated the entire process of order processing from the packing station to the final shipping locations.
The packed items are first transported through our belt and plastic modular conveyors, the DWS system then scans the order ID, Item ID and captures weight which gets transferred to the clients ERP system. Based on the instructions received from the ERP system, the linear arm sorters then diverts the items in the respective chutes.
