For this first episode, we head to Sabbatical Farm Distillery in Stockton, California, nestled in the heart of the California Delta 🌾🌊. Here, we get hands-on and bottle our very own whiskey 🥃🔥. Sabbatical Farm Distillery is known for using local ingredients, craft methods, and creating tasty California spirits that reflect the soul of our region 🇺🇸✨.

🍀 During this trip, I also meet up with my old friend Matt Tonsing, who recently bought a bike from Stockton Powersports 🏍️. Matt had been watching our videos, picked up the phone for a deal, and John Bilyue came through and hooked him up with a sweet new ride 💥🤝. It’s always awesome seeing how this community connects through bikes, stories, and local adventures.
