Dramatic footage shows the RNLI rushing to rescue a little girl who had drifted out to sea on an inflatable dinghy off the coast of Kinmel Bay, Wales.
The child was a few hundred metres out from the shore of the seaside village in Conwy County Borough, north-east Wales.
