Learn Tai Chi China: push hands demonstration and school class

A demonstration of Tai Chi push-hands and applications by Master Fu Nengbin at the Yangshuo Tai Chi & Kung Fu School in southern China. First, Master Fu demonstrates basic push-hands techniques with a coach from the school. Then he drills the students before finally giving everyone the opportunity to practice the techniques.

Located in the peaceful and picturesque village of Shibanqiao the school teaches Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan to students from all over the world. We're passionate about helping people learn Tai Chi Chuan and our experienced instructors are here to give you as much attention as you need to improve.

Sitting beside the River Li, surrounded by the spectacular karst landscape of southern China, the area is renowned for its blend of old rural China and outstanding natural beauty.

At the school you can learn Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan with one of China's most accomplished teachers, Master Fu Nengbin, a 12th generation successor of Tai Chi Chuan and disciple of Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei.
