The Astra Militarum's sensors and scouts are all dead and they will not know how the Death Guard are positioned in the streets of this ruined hive city. The Death Guard want to capture a fallen Warlord Titan in the middle of the hive city and corrupt it for themselves unbeknownst to the Astra Militarum moving in on their position.
