At first glance Francheska the Flower Girl looks fairly straightforward, but when you really take a good look at the ‘pink tones’ of her dress you’ll see they’re actually comprised of many different shades of watercolor. So for realism we need to capture as many shades as we can, whilst at the same time paying attention to the tonal values of the Francheska as a whole to give it it’s form and movement. I think this is a Beginner course that borders with a few intermediate methods, so give it a go once you have a few other Beginner course under your belt.
