We had a break from the cold in the second half of February so the kayakers feasted. Temperatures in the 50s. A perfect medium flow of about 650 cfs. All the locals were out at Canyon Creek running laps throughout the day. Adam Ernesti and Luke Eastman earned style pointss for throwing 180 soff the lip of Champagne. I tried out my new Werner Stealth (R30 bent shaft 197) for the first time. Spirits were high and boats were flying. I had so much fun I neglected to video many of the drops. It was great to see so many people out enjoying the river!
