Pointe work and variations from one of my lessons with former Diaghilev ballerina Vera Nemtchinova in 1980. This is the full lesson, part 3. Madame passed away forty years ago this summer. It is important to preserve some line of continuity, so I am putting some of my lessons out in their entirety as a tribute to her. This includes the Sleeping Beauty Silver Fairy (Columbine) solo, the Aurora Act I variation and the Fokine Prelude from Les Sylphides/Chopiniana, in the choreography that Nemtchinova herself performed.
