Black Ops 4 | How to Unlock "REZNOV" (Ushanka Hat Locations & Extreme Range sniper strategy)

To unlock Reznov (Icon Character) in Black Ops 4 Blackout, you need to find the "Ushanka Hat" get a kill at extreme range (200m) and finish the match in the required placement. If you fail to complete the character mission for any reason in one match, you need to find the Ushanka Hat in the next game again.

The Ushanka Hat mission can spawn at the red statue at Estates or the fountain just outside of the Asylum building.

BEST WEAPONS FOR THE EXTREME RANGE CHALLENGE
All 4 Sniper Rifles in the game are a good choice for this challenge. The Paladin is a low priority because it only appears in supply drops/stashes. The other 3 can spawn as floor loot.

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT DISTANCE FOR EXTREME RANGE
If you look at the map, you can see the squares that split the map into sectors. Each of these squares is 500m². So if you take half of it you get 250m which is a good distance for you to remember. It will put you above the +200m mission requirement.

A strategy to complete this challenge is to wait for supply drops and position yourself about 250m away from the potential drop zone. When the players come to loot it, you have the advantage of a good position and the right distance already.
