It's April 1986 and we see the Barking Bus Rally, held to commerate the end of RT & RF operations in 1979. Barking Garage was the last home of RT's in service on route 62. The rally was held in a car park behind the Town Hall and a road run over route 62 would take place in the afternoon. We see the vehicles depart and return from this run. I wonder how many of these preserved vehicles are still running, now in 2023, almost 40 years later?
