What is Gender Dysphoria? Do I have it? Maybe a few questions you have on your mind, and when researching about it you may come across body dysmorphia. What is Body Dysmorphia? Do I have it?

According to the NHS websites here is what they say:

Gender dysphoria is a term that describes a sense of unease that a person may have because of a mismatch between their biological sex and their gender identity.

Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), or body dysmorphia, is a mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance. These flaws are often unnoticeable to others.
