How WordQ supports reading, writing and improves user wellbeing

In this webinar, David will look at the way WordQ can be used as a pre-, peri-, and post-writing support tool. Within this, he will explore the functionality of the latest version of WordQ and how word prediction and text-to-speech can work together to improve standards in English & French. Where one size does not fit all, David will look at the ways WordQ can be personalized and differentiated to ensure it is appropriate for the needs of the user. In addition to examples of strategies that can be used with WordQ, he will look at the impact for the user, both academically and personally, and the wider positive impact of assistive technology and WordQ on a learner's wellbeing. The final point will be the sharing of feedback that Quillsoft gained as a panelist at the Global Inclusive Schools Forum, held at UNESCO HQ in Paris in March 2024 on the use of assistive technology in inclusive environments.
